My first "Destination" wedding! I was over the moon when I was told I would be flying to Good Ol' Texas for this wedding. Diana and Ronnie were amazing! They were amazing and really made me enjoy this whole photography as a career thing! They had a beautiful family and everyone was so so welcoming! I had such a hard time containing myself, because (even though, technically it was my sister-in-laws family) I felt like I was among my own family.
It was phenomenal. . . did you guys know that Texans really like their Line Dancing? Because I swear there was an hour straight of Line Dancing and I was MESMERIZED!! Which brings me to this- Hey Texas - how do y'all remember so many steps!?

I have been capturing moments for this family for years!
Birthdays! Special dates! And all the wonderful concoctions that come out of their mama's kitchen!
It was so exciting finding out they were expecting baby number 3! But will she be another bouquet in the line of Roses (Their names all have the name Rose in it) or will he be a little dude with no floral affiliation at all?
Either way! Mini Rose is CLEARLY the most excited about this whole "Big Sister" thing!

There are no words to express how happy I was for these two amazing ladies when I found out they were expecting! They are some of the most level headed, kind, understanding individuals I know! They're going to be amazing, and I can't wait to capture every step of the way.

The Roberts, Matthew & Jacqueline!  I seriously think I am beyond blessed to always work with such wonderful couples (*knock-on-wood*). Jacqueline is a DIY queen! A lot of the beautiful details in her wedding were designed and made with her brain power and the loving, (patient), hands of her family and bff's. I've been to plenty of DIY weddings myself, and technically my former line of work produced it's own fair amount of DIY decor - but The Roberts had little details on their big day to make Weddingstar proud!  The whole day itself was filled with laughter, which is amazing and ideal for me because I absolutely adore laughing photos- because seriously, what better way is there to prove that these people actually enjoy spending time with each other. ;)
